Vegan
Not only do I take care in selecting the best vegan ingredients, but I also take care on where these ingredients came from, many I use are fair trade and ethically sourced.

Gluten Free
I investigate every ingredient used in my gluten free bakes... Manufactures can be sneaky and fickle!

Diabetic
I have studied the NHS guidelines on sugars that diabetics can use without spiking their blood sugar or insulin levels. I have then tried and tested these sugars with baking, so that I use the best, with no compromise for my cakes. I don't say sugar free, as very little is, but we like to call it diabetic friendly... because, it is!

Nut Free
Utmost care is taken when making your nut free bakes. As a nut allergy sufferer myself I appreciate the severity of your needs. Additional information maybe asked before acceptance of commission i.e. additional allergies.
