After years of baking cakes for family and friends, I've come to appreciate that many people have intolerance's and dietary needs that need consideration. Supermarkets tend to have a limited range, and sometimes understanding, on these issues and when they do you may have to pay a premium for the same three flavours; if your lucky!

As one of those bakers that struggle to stick to recipes, I decided to test my skills. I aim to build a business that does quality, all occasion cakes and bakes for everyone, that rival traditional cakes and without the mark up.
